Dear Bella,

Thank you for booking our holiday to Vietnam and Cambodia. It turned out to be one of the best holidays we have ever had. Your free transport to Heathrow was a perfect start. and AMA's organisation throughout the whole trip was faultless. The accommodation and food at the hotels and on the boats was too good to be true. We put on lbs!

We did most of the included side trips, only missing out on a few which involved too much strenuous walking for us. Basically it is a holiday for fit 50 to 70 year olds and is not suitable for children.

There were only eight British people on the trip but the American and Canadian members were all very pleasant and sociable. The tour manager, Mr. Long, and the local side trip guides all spoke good English and were very knowledgeable about the sites visited. The only comment by many passengers was that the guides tended to push their version of propaganda about the wars rather too much!

Thank you for arranging my trip on the Balmoral to Auckland. Arrived in Auckland on 18 February after a very interesting and enjoyable 6 weeks. Fred Olsen had not told the ship about the upgrade promise they made to me but I showed them the email to the On-board Guest Manager on the 2nd day and was immediately put into an outside large family cabin. Excellent!

Just arrived back on Saturday from fantastic cruise from Acapolco to Sydney on Balmoral. Also three extra nights in Sydney at Sofitel Wentworth Hotel, Phillip St.

From Mexico to Tasmania the sea was like a mill pond but from Tasmania to Sydney we bumped all the way.

Weather was fantastic all the way with a high in Tahiti of 35 C, but did not present a problem to us !!

The 27hr flight home was a killer but we survived.

We would like to thank you and the staff at Cruise Select for all your help and advice in organising our Caribbean Cruise which we have just returned from.
It was a fantastic experience and we had a wonderful time. We will certainly think about another cruise (perhaps in a couple of years time) as we have something planned for next year.

The Holland America Line was something else. We would recommend them without hesitation. All the staff treated us like royalty, were friendly, courteous and always had a smile on their face – whatever the time of day.

We just wanted to write and thank you for the outstanding itinerary you put together for us in India. We had a truly amazing time, that was really enhanced by the Indus drivers and representatives we encountered.

We felt we had learnt so much about the country, and seen so many wonderful sights, as well as the true ‘unadorned’ side of the country. The choice of hotels was just right, or in the words of a young, petite, Indian receptionist, who showed us round the Hotel Taj Mahal in Delhi, ‘Damn Good’!

I shall be writing separately to Indus, and will copy you.
