These Terms and Conditions are in addition to Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines’ (FOCL) standard Terms and Conditions, which are available on website and on request. Both must be read before booking. All offers may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice, cannot be combined, are subject to availability and cannot be applied retrospectively.
*Extra £100 saving is applicable on selected October 2019 to March 2020 cruises. Promotional code ‘100EXTRA’ must be quoted at the time of booking. Offer excludes cruises D200304, D2004, M2007, L1933, L2001B and cruises of four nights or fewer. Applicable for new bookings made from 02/10/19 to 15/10/19, inclusive. Saving is per person, and not applicable to 3rd/4th guest in room. Bookings made via Tour Operators are excluded. Saver Fare Terms and Conditions: Full payment is required at the time of booking; 100% cancellation charges apply – no refunds are permitted. Booking is not transferrable to any other cruise. No room number is provided at the time of booking. Oceans Loyalty Club discounts are not combinable with Saver Fares; Ocean points will be earned, however. Dining sitting will be allocated at FOCL’s discretion, and will be advised on the cruise ticket. Table sizes cannot be requested when booking a Saver Fare.
Fred. Olsen Brexit Promise Terms & Conditions: If your Fred. Olsen cruise is cancelled due to reasons directly related to Brexit, the cost of your cruise fare will be refunded, and a voucher for the value of the original cruise fare will be issued to use on a future Fred. Olsen cruise. Applicable to new bookings made from 03/04/19. The Brexit Promise only applies to Passengers who have contracted directly with FOCL and excludes cruises on vessels operated by FOCL but booked through third Party operators. Additional costs will not be refunded including, but not limited to, items such as hotel rooms, car parking, transport and insurance. Once a cruise has been booked and the deposit paid, FOCL also promises that there will be no additional supplements or surcharges directly related to Brexit, on the confirmed price (but this does not apply if the booking is changed at the guest’s request after acceptance of the original booking).
