After spending the winter months undergoing her annual refit the Hebridean Princess is now preparing to embark on her 2012 cruising itinerary, however back at base everyone is busy planning the 2013 cruise season. The 2013 cruise directory is due to be released in April 2012 so as can imagine this is a busy time for everyone at Hebridean.
The 2013 cruise season is a special one for the Hebridean Princess as it will be her 25th season sailing as Hebridean Princess, to mark this occasion, and without being to nostalgic, they have delved back into the archives and resurrected three of the original 1989 seasons cruises or as close as can be.
We also have a selection of new cruises as well as some tried and tested favourites to hopefully provide something for everyone.
2013 will be a year of home waters for Hebridean Princess with only the occasional visit to Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man, all but one of the cruises will be departing from and arriving back at Scottish ports. The exception will be the reintroduction of our end of season "British explorer".
Footloose cruises will remain to be a firm favourite with brand-new itineraries and new walks on more familiar Footloose programs. Again the archives have been raided and the very first footloose cruise from 1998 will be operating, then called "off the beaten track"
For those of you that have enjoyed our guest speakers in the past. This year is probably the most exciting one yet with our own experts on board to bring alive visits to castles, gardens, distilleries, wildlife and areas of outstanding natural beauty.
